Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company’s office. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing Odoo solutions, configuring modules, training end users, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and understand operational, administrative, and financial workflows.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Handle the implementation of modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Projects.
- Gather, document, and manage functional requirements clearly and accurately.
- Prepare business scenarios and perform system testing before go-live.
- Train end users and explain system workflows and best practices.
- Provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare functional documents, user guides, and implementation reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation.
- Strong understanding of business cycles such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating needs into practical system solutions.
- Good experience in system configuration and module setup.
- Strong communication, presentation, and user training skills.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation such as BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, and User Manuals.
- Good understanding of standard Odoo workflows and customization possibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with development and support teams.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- This role is full-time and on-site from the company premises.
