
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company’s office. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo solutions in line with business requirements while ensuring system performance, usability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Analyze departmental requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Build and enhance reports, workflows, integrations, and user-facing components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Perform ongoing system enhancements and optimization.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems and third-party services when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and deliver functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed features and customizations.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong experience with Python and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, custom module development, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of XML, QWeb, and Odoo views/customizations.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
- This role is full-time and on-site from the company premises.
